Bat design competition

just found these results...am i right in thinking that the toxic design was on here not long ago?

some SHOCKING choices made by kookaburra there! bet there were loads of better ones, may have to enter myself next time!

That and the 'Ransacker' look good. Although the later is quite possibly one of the worst names for a cricket bat I have ever heard!

Yes. Toxic is mine. My full time job is as a Graphic Designer, and having previously designed products in the cricket industry I did kinda have a head start.

The Ransacker is very impressive, I agree.

four or five are in no way original, just edited colours on previous/current kook designs

another 3 or 4 look more like hockey sticks with graphics on the hitting area

not to mention the 'ransacker' with a back fro a front and vice versa!

may have to enter myself next time if this is the cream of the crop!

toxic is the only one that is both original and wouldnt get laughed off the pitch.

Must be a mistake. I would say it is between Toxic, Ransacker and Striker.

Although some do look as though they should say 'By Josh Stapeley, Aged 6'

The Toxic is the only decent one there.

Striker and Gold Edition look like just like the blade stickers of previous seasons.
