Looks like he may actually be using a Kook

Look at the square toe on that

Not sure if he is using bats supplied by Kook themselves.

Maybe he stickered his old Adidas bats and still getting his bats made from a UK batmaker he has been using for long and putting Kook stickers.

Kook wouldn't be bothered as long as they are getting the publicity they are paying for.

He's probably just re-stickered like you say.
If he's been using them for ages, he isn't going to want to change just because of a different contract.
Well unless it was in the contract that he has to use Kookaburra blades

His bats are made at Hawk in Belbroughton, Worcestershire.

His bats are made at Hawk in Belbroughton, Worcestershire.
I hear that bounded around every week - but other than on here, have you got actual evidence that they are made there?

I was going to say, I've only ever heard it on here that he uses hawk.
Not seen or heard any real evidence about him using them

Fellas - according to rumours, he's been using Hawk bats for years!
Did he used to use Hawk? Yes!
Does he still use Hawk? We don't know! Only Hawk and Bell know. Maybe he does sometimes or won't use anything else! Or maybe He's happy to try other brands. And maybe he is happy to stick with his sponsors bats.
But unless someone knows for sure, then best not speculate guys?

Ok - so as the rumours say that he may still have got a few made at hawk when he was at Adidas. But you'd need to see if he got them all made by hawk?
Also whether he will continue to get them made by hawk?

I personally feel the debate where the player gets his bats made is unnecessary. Sometimes players have 2-3 diff bat suppliers and they pick the best ones from the lot sent to them and sometimes they just might pick something from the brands warehouse.

I would assume that the players are more concerned about the feel, balance and performance than who or where the bats were made and what grade willow was used.

As long as they keep scoring runs and bat for long, their sponsors should also not be concerned with which bat they used and why.
