Picked up a Salix today with some weird stickers on, any idea if the below represents anything?

Yeh - I almost purchased a salix edge bat when they were originally out! And after a year or so they discontinued the model if I remember properly!!
I have no idea why the XXXX but I think you need to take more pics fella.

Edge is the profile. Xx/xx was the Salix shorter blade longer handle model.

Pretty rare.

Edge was discontinued in 2008. All XX bats (they used to offer this as an option on the Praestantia) in 09.

Fera is also a nice bat, needs a small repair but will look good after some TLC. Bats are sold on eBay, on here, to team mates etc.
