Lids for kids
« on: February 10, 2012, 02:50:08 PM »

Just wanted to know what peoples thoughts are regarding lids for kids. My son is in his first year playing so is still getting used to having all his kit on while batting. But as he is only 9 would it be a good idea to get him a lid for protection from the old top edge into the chops and also to get him used to batting with one on?

And where is the best place to look for kids lids?

Your thoughts?

Definitely get him one and get him used to it. He will have to wear one for the next 9 years if his life and even beyond if he wants to.
