Removing TON on SS bats

hi guys basically i have an orbital sander,

refurbed many bats with it works a treat, just purchased a ss im going to de sticker and want to remove the TON side logo's and back Logo, i know i can do this with my sander but how easy is it to do?

will it compramise the pickup etc..

and how deep will i have to sand

any help would be great cheers guys

I recently de-branded a H4L just by sanding the edge by hand and you can barely notice it.

I reckon sand the grooves out by hand or leave it like Afridi & co.

If your name was Tony or Tom you could personalise it lol, this issue seems to cause the pro's all manner of problems!! or they are just plain lazy....
