Where's the website being hosted? Get on to whoever it is and get it moved somewhere else. There are loads of hosts out there.... and get it put onto a dedicated server. Would cost around £60 a month and can be changed quickly.... within 24 hours at any rate

Sadly it will take a little longer than 24 hours. It's not quite as straightforward due to the original set-up.

I had it crash 4 times in a row while trying to send a PM, No doubt the poor sod has it 4 times now.
