Yeah, they're a small brand down in Brighton I think. They sponsored chad Keegan when he played at sussex. Not sure but think their bats are imported from India.

They are based in Brighton, we have just ordered our club kit from them, prices were really good and the quality of the samples was as good as MKK.  The bats are made in Sussex apparently but they would not disclose where.

Yeah, when I saw them I thought they were English made but the guy who owned the bat was quite adamant that they were sourced abroad. But I had also heard somewhere they were Sussex mAde

gabbers your right, they did sponsor chad, and they are really nice bats, he is my cricket coach and i have used his bats on a couple of occasions briefly and the rebound was very good, looks to be a steal at that sort of price if it is genuine

They are a company based in Brighton and yes the bats are made in India. The bloke who owns it is an amateur cricketer who does it to make some money. They have contacts at Sussex hence the Chad Keegan connection. Their playing kit is also sourced in Asia, Pakistan I think

Are they the old bald bloke who used to work in Newbery in Brighton? My dad used to take me there when I was younger and this bloke would always serve my dad as he remembered him but last year the manager said he had been sacked and was really rude about him. someone else told him he was selling cheap bats in Brighton? Not on my buying list.

No it's a young lad, mid twenties. The bloke from Newbery I guess you mean is Michael. Didn't know he'd left...
Shame Newbery got bought out and taken over by someone who only likes to drink and has no clue how to run a business!!!
Sounds from what I hear that Newbery's brand image is sliding... and fast!!!
