Personal exercise plan

Hello,

Can anyone help me, i have got to write a personal exercise plan for a college assignbment and i have chosenb my sportsmen as a cricketer and havent got a scooby doo what to put in the old plan that relates to cricket :(

Well, if you assume that your player is a bowler, you'd want to put lots of heavy reps of sprints and some hill sprints to replicate the efforts of bowling, and some cricket specific weight training to build the right muscle groups (ie legs, shoulders and back rather than chest and arms) - you'd probably favour swimming for any cardio work to save their legs etc.

I actually did, and I did it for a cricketer thinking about it.

Let me see if I can dig it out. It's a few years ago now but it might be at my Dad's house.

 I have noticed that workout based on core and lower body is commonly used. So any workout that helps improve core strength and lower body should do. Hope it helps.
