Workbench/Workspace
« on: March 09, 2012, 11:37:44 AM »

Can workspaces/workbenches be hired for a day or so? I don't have a decent workbench at home as the one I've got isn't heavy/sturdy enough at all and everytime I use my drawknife it brings the bench to me.

If they can, where should I be looking? Maybe colleges/schools over the weekend/evenings?

As it's only a hobby at the moment I dont particularly want to buy a workbench etc, so I'm just looking for facilities to use every so often.

Is there no way for you to fix the bench to the floor?
