Well, at nets tonight. 2 off my bats stayed in their covers and the other 1 got the run of the bowling machine and the bowling net. After getting the grip situation sorted out in the Talisman, I decided to use it. I'd forgotten how powerful the bat is and how forgiving the shape makes it!

Let's just say that the match bat slot is wide open. Also Mike, if you read this, an order for some spirl grips to set me up for the season will be coming your way shortly!

It feels very nice in the hands, not going to say, 'picks up like a 2lbs 7oz' when how do you know what a 2lbs 7oz picks up like when everything normally picks up lighter!

Very well pressed blade, just starting to come good!
