South Yorkshire/North Derbyshire Cricketers
« on: March 31, 2012, 12:19:49 PM »

I've recently started playing again in Sheffield, having moved here a few years ago. Does anyone know of any good cricket shops in the South Yorks/North Derbyshire area? I'm wary of buying online as I like to get a feel for my kit, so would like to go into a shop.

Cheers

I've seen there's a place called All Rounder Cricket in Leeds, near the County ground so not too far away. Has anyone been there and/or heard any opinions of them?

Everyone at the Northern Batoff went to All Rounder. Seemed quite expensive and the guy in the shop was pretty rude, but then none of us were buying anything, which was why he was a bit tetchy

I'm in Sheffield too but not been to any of the nearby stores as I've mainly bought off the Internet. There's only one cricket store that i know of in Sheffield itself called sheaf sports but I've never been, I think they do a discount if you play at a local team.

Who are you playing for?
