I have just finished making my 3rd bat. This one is G1 - finished weight 2.11, mid-low middle with a flattish toe to improve pick-up. Really happy with this one - still need to work on the finishing as i'm still getting some sanding marks. Had a play with the stickers I had made by Joe, they needs something else but i'm not quite sure yet!

Looks Very good. When you say flatter toe do you mean you've removed more wood and out is therefore thinner?

Yes, originally the spine went all the way to the toe so I removed some wood which made the toe thinner and therefore 'flatter' but didn't remove any more wood from the edges at the toe.

The stickers are very nice! Remind me of the limited M&H Solution ones. I like the shape of the spine on the bat, not keen on the offset edges though.

Won't know until it's used! I would like to think there is enough wood there for it not to be weak but who knows

Yep, mid-low middle spine position and mid-high edge widest point

very nicely so far considering it's not knocked in. It's one of Matt's (H4L) clefts so they are usually very responsive

Bat looks nice mate, good effort but i got a question

does the spine looks wavy to anyone else or is it the light?

It looked a little wavy in the photo when I posted it, but it's not wavy in reality. The finish isn't as good as it could be on the spine so I am doing some remedial work to improve it

Ok cool, i looked at that pic a lot of times to make sure my eyes weren't lying to me ...

Whats the spine height on it? looks very similar to a demo shape i got off H4L
