What about the 'über rare' MC 329 stickers then? I've a feeling you won't be as open with them. Just to say I've bought 2 bats off of you and they've both been gems. Quit the dodgy sales techniques and you may earn a bit more kudos.....

What would you like to know about the Spartan labels? What 2 bats did you buy from me?

A refurbed GM catalyst original with icon stickers and a Kookaburra ccx 700, just wondered where you got the stickers from as I like them.....

He is banned again now. If he is getting genuine GM stickers, which I personally think is unlikely, then he must be getting them through false means.

Be careful folks as he seems to operate under several aliases.

as a forum administrator jonny, i think that is a bold statement and quite unfair as talisman used to get many authentic stickers? but that used to be all well and good, i bought a set of gm flares of grant last year and they where 100% authentic sourced from australia where i believed he lived for a while a year or so ago! and as you know sydney 1st grade cricket has many many high class players 90% sponsored so its not unlikely and not by false means, i think everyone on this forum needs to relax and if the bat looks good simply email the seller ask questions and if its not as described work something out with the seller, it makes me laugh the gossip and b*tchyness on this forum but when talisman was in his "element" for about 4 years no questions where asked

Aidy,

a) he's already a banned member

b) the forum works closely with GM and it's been made clear that they WILL NOT supply stickers to put on bats. The fact that they returned the bat unstickered shows that they weren't happy to have their stickers on the bat.

And if Talisman or any other member sells bats with fake stickers or stickers acquired via dishonest dealings they will be banned too.

in addition, within 4 days of being in australia i had a kransbuhler gray nicolls, and had all kookaburra kit with pro edition gloves, i wanted the same kit as phil hughes a the time and as everyone knows kook only sell last years stickers publicly in Aus, however with one phone call i paid $30 for 2 sets pf blade Aus stickers which arrived within 2 days! so its really not that much of an issue

Jonny,

agree with the part hes banned,

secondly its clear its real and the reason their not happy to keep the stickers on is that its a pro's bat which is in breach of the players contract as simple muggles like us are not meant to be in possesion of such bats

you say "fake stickers" as far as i can see his are not fake!

so fair enough banning again, but theres no need for all the other nonsense

Either way Cossie is a liar and a banned member, and has been rightly banned again.

yes not publicly but im sure if you gave them a call you could get some as i emailed a guy called nick and out of interest asked for some kookaburra stickers and he said yes firstly but as im no longer in australia he cant post them to england as kookaburra uk do not allow it,

tom fair point! and thats where it should be left, the sticks hes selling look decent to me and as far as i can see are authentic and are not misleading, the sub titles even say if its refurbed or stickered! which cost him money so it shows he isnt trying to mislead anybody

Completely agree with what has happened on this thread and all, but this is a VERY good point. The 'Forum' works very closely with GM and yet they aren't a sponsor? How does that work then?  ???
