Thank DK, I hear you. I'm not sure what else I could try out though, as gloves offer a low (ish) cost, postage and size. Pads would be too big and I can't make bats myself!

The Shark tooth gloves look like all the others. I would say they look decent enough,

Sausage is my preference anyways. I find the over design to be a bit turd looking, I dont like the square on the padding, I would prefer a few bars of padding accross then the main sausage padding taking up the rest of the hand. My ideal glove is the Redback Traditional.

When I looked into all the coatings when I was a bit younger it just didn't make financial sense in an already over saturated market.

The market is more saturated now so I don't think I would entertain it.

The shark tooth samples look okay, nothing special and not worth more than about £20.

Fair props to you for having the get up and go at 16 to take something like this on.

Both designs look good...but are not differentiated from the rest of the market.

Now the SP mitten style gloves would set you apart!

Trouble is, it could just easily break you as make you depending on the markets fashion trend.
