there was a massive topic on this subject not so long ago but the search function is failing me at the moment.

[edit: see here - http://custombats.co.uk/cbforum/index.php?topic=9118.0]

we pay £75 for subs which i pay in monthly DD payments of £6.25.

there are no match fees, and teas are a standard £3 per game as set by the league.

£175 annual and £10-12 per game!

Are they trying to discourage the playing of cricket in your area?

£8 for the first game, £7 thereafter. The extra £1 is the membership to the cricket club, though you do have to be a member of the sports and social club which is a £10 per year.

I suppose your fees over there aren't too bad as the council looks after the grounds don't they?

We have to look after our own pitches over here i.e Mow, roll, water, covers
