Woodworm weight reduction and refurb
« on: April 18, 2012, 09:12:17 PM »

One of the guys on the forum asked me to refurb one of his bats for him, posted it out Monday received it today. All ready to go out in the post tomorrow if I get chance.

He originally wanted a couple of oz off but that ended up turning in to 4oz when received. Target weight was 2.9oz fully dressed so quite happy with the outcome especially with a scuff sheet being fitted. Anyway here's the pictures...

Picture of the weight before removal (without grip)

Looks great  8)

Can I ask where you got your white grip tape from? The only ones I can find are too thick and make it look village...

Top work Fletch.  Just out of interest how much would you charge?  I've got a Woodworm that comes in at 2.10 and feels quite bottom heavy so I'd be interested to hear what you can do, if anything!
