my taking off foot.

hey, im a bowler and after my first game yesterday my ankle/achiles is in agony extremely stiff and just feels a bit puffy im not sure why its doing this to me but its a pain the back side! just wondering if you guys have had anything similar and if its worth trying this kinesiology tape on it?

Without knowing what is causing the issue with your ankle I would suggest the kinesiology tape might be completely pointless! I would get the issue diagnosed first before you start trying to cure it!  ;)

Might pay to ice it to get the swelling to go down, and then maybe go to get it checked out :)
