Yeah Pete, he took a 5 fer, scored a 50 then joined us in the pub for beers....a really nice bloke. He was using a Piri Piri stickered bat against us then but he was saying he didn't have a sponsor as such (this was last season I think?) He was really interested in my Talisman....he made a cheeky offer for it!

I keep seeing a Shark and RK stickered Laver, the only trouble is that they're mine and aren't getting any use because of all the rain.  I'm actually getting seriously depressed and may wright to the MCC asking if they can check their archives just to make sure cricket isn't an indoor game and actually we've been getting wrong all these years by playing it outside!

A lad at my mate's side is dressed head to toe in Blueroom kit, the pink ones, gets a fair bit of stick for the colours I've heard!

I hope the guy is a decent player, especially wearing the full armoury in pink!

Ought to mention I've seen a Nixon being wielded in brutal fashion in one of our games.

Guy playing against us today had adidas gloves with black palms? I wasn't aware that adidas did gloves with black palms, think they must have been a pro or special edition. He was the kind of guy who had 'all the gear, no idea'

Saw a laver  reserve in full flow in a T20 last night.
Went miles. Pick up was amazing. Huge willow and a fair amount of concaving. He passed 50 the I has him caught on the boundary.

2 lavers in action last Saturday, first was an old school model in which he scored around 10 fours effortlessly along the ground driving beautifully. Second one was laver in the special profile, he got 50 plus as well.

A guy playing for Lancs U19s was kitted out in all Lukeys gear, I would assume he's sponsored. It looks pretty decent stuff
