Todays arrival.
« on: May 25, 2012, 02:20:43 PM »

As I wasn't in yesterday and no one could sign for my RAW. I had to wait until today to go and collect it from the post office. Massive ball ache but worth the weight. The box came out of the back room, and I think Mike went a bit wild with bubble wrap and fragile tape. The box couldn't be seen for it! (great packaging though didn't want my new pride and job getting damaged). I got it home and carefully opened it, as the box they now come in is a thing of beauty, and opened the lid. I had thought I had been sent a box of feathers as they are so light! Lovely lovely lid, and I am ashamed it has take me this long to get one after joining the forum last year. Really are a thing of beauty. Thanks to Mike, for the lid, and thanks to Tom for designing such a great product :D
I now find myself sat on my laptop wearing it. A little sad maybe? haha

The first cricket box was used in 1874.  The first cricket helmet was introduced in 1974. So, it took 100 years for men to twig that their brains were also worth protecting.

You wont regret this purchase wilkie

have you had it on the scales yet ?   :)

What I have found with mine is that it actually gets more comfortable with use as a bit of sweat seems to help the liner mould to your head shape.Dont know if anyone else has found this.

Amazing, I love my Ayrteks! Its shame I haven't used Elite as much as it deserves to be used as I'm using Premier which is remarkable.

I use a fibreglass premier because that's all i have at the moment. The Elite is so much lighter though, so I don't understand why you wouldn't use it!?

My Premier one is my club one whereas the Elite is Green/Pakistan one, which would go for my Morning T25 but they have sold the team so it will for leisure really

Timbo, hopefully your ones of these won't be too long as chasing them now for delivery..seems the small matter of the Monaco grand prix have delayed them a little :(
