I guess if its a League fixture and no rules have been broken the club cant really be blamed.

Picking your strongest available 11 for a League fixture is fairly common procedure. If it was a friendly I would say different.

Maybe the Rules and Regs need looking at if you can manufacture this much of a standard gap?

Missed that as he wasn't listed as having bowled on the card. So he bowled 2 balls?

Ayaz Shah has an injury but was still in your best possible 11? 🤔

Either way, I don't think this is a great look for Sunday cricket personally, but each to their own
To be honest, it could have been stronger; Joe Byrnes is our registered overseas player from Australia and plays in our Saturday 1st XI and Harry Houldsworth is our leading run scorer (uses TLC) and has been playing in our 1st and 2nd XI; the rest of the team was a mixture of 2nd and 3rd XI players.

Ayaz Shah used to play a high level of cricket and he is suffering from tennis elbow; it was our last league game in the Chess Valley League and with our nearest competitor having a game in hand and if they win they would finish on the same points as us, but with our now superior runs per wicket calculation (not net run rate), we should have guaranteed winning the league; our Saturday 1st XI were relegated from the Essex 1st XI Premier on Saturday, our Saturday 2nd XI will finish mid table in the 2nd XI Premier and our Saturday 3rd XI are 1 point behind 2nd place and if our 3rd XI win and 2nd place lose, we should be promote into the 3rd XI Premier for the first time in the club's history. Our club has grown in strengthen this season (from the 2nd XI below) due to our impressive colt system which had previously brought through Dan Lawrence.

Indian domestic first class game.

The bowlers decided to show the batters how to do it...

Saw that pop up this morning, some effort that...unless they reversed the batting order in true tour game style!
