Puma Classic Refurb...
« on: June 09, 2012, 09:19:16 AM »

Evening lads!

Thought I'd upload some pictures of my refurbished Puma Classic before I made a pie.
You know how it is.

....

Any who!
I bought the bat about a month ago, maybe a little less, of a bloke on eBay from the east (Australia that is), and found that the old Pumas have a blinkin' oval handle on em'!
I took a few snaps prior to work being done...

I initially bought it basically so i would have something to do on school holidays but have only got around to sanding it down just a few moons ago...

Anyway,
So I eventually got at it with a sander and the respected tools accompanying it, have her a buff and a coat or two of linseed and it came out alright!

Think I'm rather fond of the profile actually...
