Asad, you'll have to send him stickers to resticker his bats... surely he doesn't need any more!

To be honest Tim, I am trying to sort through my bats at the moment and will be clearing some down! Wouldn't do it all this year but a few at a time!
The problem I have is that I have so many decent sticks that it's never going to be easy to decide on what to clear first  >:(

Stop making it sound so logical........but true!  ;)

I know that the Uzi bats are the right top quality. So I have no reason to doubt the quality of the softs - they certainly look fantastic!  8)
Although looking outside today, I'm left wondering how much damn cricket they'll be!  :(

Know the feeling on the cricket. With the current forecasts, the next time I'll play will be July...

The clearance on Pete Hosks top quality bats will be at Uzi Sports Shop. I have my eyes on few of his bats.
Any one who buys one of his bats at our shop will get Free cup of TEA

Surely there would be a biscuit or two on offer too? And some cake?  ;)

Why not flag it up as a coffee morning?  ;)

If you need to donate to charity, bats are made payable to the LMThompson

Once we have sold one of Pete's bat, we will definitely be offering biscuits and cakes.

Quick update on the Black Mamba pads, I've only worn them for a grand total of 13 balls faced and about 5 overs in time so not as long as I would like!

First impressions are very good, comfortable to wear and a good fit for me, they are quite light for a traditional pad so much so that I hardly noticed that I was wearing them.  I've only taken one ball on the pads but the protection felt good.

If I ever managed to play a long knock this year I'll let you know who they feel after a bit of time in the middle!

Bez, I'm of the same opinion on the green mambas after similarly limited use!
