Bopara was rubbish, Cook was possibly worse. If you have faced 20+ deliveries in a T20 you need to have scored atleast 30 runs and there is no way you should be throwing your wicket away. As it is he has wasted over 4 overs.. Got to feel sorry for the people that were dropped to allow Cook and Bopara to play today..

Because he has a habit of being involved in run-outs.. As seen today.
He plays many of his test innings at a one-day rate so he would be able to do it, I'm guessing he chooses not to so he gets more time off.
