Is the GN players the Plastic one (like Strauss') or the Cloth covered (like Cook's)?

The Cloth covered is a Forma lid with the GN Logos on instead.

Ayrtek all the way. If not, then go for a nice white Albion!

My old Captain had a GN and he got a bouncer from a (not particulary quick) bowler and the peak snapped!!
Not very impressive so I would skip on that!
Out of the 2 I would go for the Masuri all the way! However, I have tried Masuri, Albion and Ayrtek and I have the Albion as a spare and Ayrtek as a main helmet!! No brainer in my opinion!  ;)

Love the look of the Ayrtek RAW but need both of my kidneys. Just ordered a white Albion in the IJC super sale.

Clean living would ensure you don't need them both, though I would still want them.

I think that the Arytek's are a bit on the expensive side so i will go for the masuri!!
Is there a big difference between the sterl and titanium version??

Not sure what you're asking here.....Do you mean a big difference protection wise, price wise or weight wise?
But either way, it's your head and brain the helmet has to protect so I would always go for the best protection possible?
