My first blank bat
« on: August 03, 2012, 12:17:18 PM »

My first post on this forum.

My First blank bat and its close to perfect.
Its 2lb 10 oz fully dressed . The bat description said mid to low sweet spot but there's more than sufficent wood all over the bat profile.
Minimal concaving and good pickup.Mallet ping sounds great.
I would let the pictures do the talking

Looks like a lovely stick. Hopefully get to see one in action when we play Canners' team in a couple of weeks

Used BB for the first time in a T20 game yesterday. I went in the 13th over and scored 33 of 23 balls not out :)
Even though was using BB for the first time - the bat is already tuned up. Hit couple of sixes with ease and some cool square drives
I have been using my Lekka (bought from tim200) and that is another great piece of willow specially for hitting sixes, but i ordered my BB 2 oz less and that did help playing the pull shots/late cuts easily
So from my side I am happy with my BB and highly recommend it.
