the V1200 certainly seems to be "inspired" by the GN Scoop. Hopefully Slazenger will have checked to make sure that it doesn't breach any of GN's intellectual property rights.

I'm interested to know how much of this retro gear will end up in Sports Direct, or if Slazenger might actually do the unthinkable and prioritize us specialists for these particular bats...

Do you think they will appeal to the Sports Direct market?
I would think that Lilywhites would stock them.

Sports Direct are just another retailer, the 2 departments are separate.

There's 200 V12's available and distribution is in-house by the Slazenger boys this season.

URGH.

i just wish slaz would sort themselves out.

reputable for making ugly kit, and now they have pilfered the new masuri grille style in an attempt to stay fashionable despite putting no thought whatsoever in the design of their own products.

stick to sports direct or get serious.

Slazenger and Masuri have a contract to work together. Therefore all Masuri advancements end up on Slazenger lids.

The v600 is back. I still have a red v600, my first senior batman, and it still plays amazing. Dug it out of the cupboard. Might have to take a look at the new one when it's out.

Has the V12 got the potential to be another Scoop? Interesting that they are limiting the numbers, much like with the Scoop...

Aren't they limited them as they've been sourced out to be made by someone else?
