« on: August 14, 2012, 04:07:02 PM »

got this on ebay brand new! couldn't quite believe the price i paid. guess it was because the seller used stock images. any way think Ive done quite well.
its 2'10 slazenger v500 ultimate. 9 blemish free grains and im very surprised at the rebound with the mallet and also the finishing. its top notch!

got a bargain there then bud however it can be a dangerous strategy buying from a seller using stock images ? unless you know the seller and have used them before.

wow! Well Done. Great bargain. The Ultimates that I picked up in Lilywhite's were lovely.

Looks like a cheap Kashmir willow bat... Just kidding haha. :D A steal for 78! Would expect to see a bat like that in a retail store at over 200! 8) The shape isn't even too bad, and is quite big for 2.10. :) Hope it plays well! Is it oval or round handled?

Awesome bat mate, I had a V500 at the start of the season which I paid £180 on SALE for! I sold it to a mate at my club for £120 after using it for 3 months, so to grab this for £78 is daylight robbery..
