Hi there,

I would love to work on this bat myself if possible.  Therefore we would only need you to pay for the return shipping and the work would be completely free of charge.  Please email me at James@laverwood.com and we can go from there.

Thanks, James
Can't ask for much better than that...

I would love to see what this ends up looking like if it does go back to Laver and Wood. Could be an amazing advert for them....like the RM Williams adverts where they use a pair of 70 year old boots in the pics!

great customer service, perhaps sometimes it's worth paying a bit more for a bat for after sales

some of our larger brands should take note

Hey, make sure you get some pictures up once it's back!

James, perhaps you could give an account of what you'll be doing to the bat once it's back with you?

Would love to see that!

Thanks in anticipation,
David

Thanks guys....  It's our genuine pleasure to work on bats like this!  Nothing better than getting an old favourite back to its former glories.  Will do our best with photos/information if it is ok with the customer!

Amit - about to email you back now.

Thanks a lot

Why can't some of the bigger brands be this generous?  That's a fabulous offer!
