Elbow 'sleeve'
«

Right guys, over the weekend I've managed to pick up a huge burn after diving to soo the ball on a solid square, the actual burn itself should start to heal but I was wondering if anyone has any protection they use for elbows when fielding, like some of the pros do. Don't really want a support id prefer the sleeves. If anyone can help me out, id appreciate it

I use to wear Underarmor/Nike base layer clothing (the tight version) and they come in long sleeves so the whole arm is covered. They don't offer any protection other than abrasion with the ground but they are pretty flexible and didn't hinder my movement. As an added bonus they kept my muscles a little warmer than normal.
