Yeah i dont think ther's anypoint getting them untill you are fully grown because if you arn't you are going to grow out of them and you might as well just use padman's or strippers untill your fully grown.

Yes they are adjustable and better value as many pros have theirs for 10 years, thats using them every day! Not much more than strippers either  :P
