I wouldnt superglue that one... thats very much a PVA job.  Only  use superglue for little hairline cracks that you cant 'open up' to get pva in.

Oooo saved me there Gary, thanks. Any idea how I would cut the actual wood off the old bat to stick to this? Its an old woodworm that I cut down for a middling bat.

I think you may just have to literally cut a chunk out of the Woodworm and then slice it, if you get my jist? Then PVA it down with plenty of glue, and quite a few layers of Fibretape. Shame it's lost the chunk cos it looks quite nice.

Well I've attempted to fix the Kookabura Big Kahuna today...
As you can see the chunk out of the bottom has been sorted, I have just noticed in the pictures that a small bit of grain is peeling up which will need to be stuck down.

blatantly just went back to the ground looking for the old piece!

out of the 4 bats your have (fusion, redback, ce, kook) i swear you have only paid for 1 which was the redback for £40?

Lol Liam I didn't fit a piece of wood, in the end. I just did a bit of sanding and planing :)
This bat really pings!
