how much are the mitts likely to cost?

If they are reasonable, I may, may invest in them.

Even though I have just stocked up on new gear.

Joe, the top end, pittards one (M950) is £70 RRP, and the next one down (M700) is calf leather palm and is £40 RRP.  You can take 10-20% off these prices to get to our likely selling price.  I'm thinking about posting a thread for Kookaburra, Newbery and BoomBoom pre-orders, so look out for that soon.  Like the Dynadrives, it would be a 50% deposit type deal...

That's true, maybe I'll just do Kookaburra and Newbery! Although Sir Fattuscattus did enquire about their new Arrogance bat, and maybe there are more closet BoomBoom fans on this forum...

I'd be temted pre-ordering kit.  Although for stuff like pads, I do prefer to check they fit first...

Alex, the Newbery prices have pretty much stayed the same - a few very slight increases on some bats, but the RRP on the Cadbury is the same as this year's GT, ie. £250 for a Players.  No change at all in the prices of the softs.  Which ones were you thinking of? The TTs seem to be the hottest at the mo!

Yes, exactly the same, I believe.  Which one - split finger or sausage?
