if you have uploaded them to photobucket its easy. Go onto your photobucket album, click on the pic you want to post. Then on the right hand side there is a box with 4 links in it. Copy and paste the bottom one (IMG code) into your post on here and it will display it

Well they need to uploaded to an online picture hosting service like google, photobucket, imgur, flickr etc etc...then once there they can then be posted here...
