The next bat I buy will have to have a flat face.. Just to give it a go as I have never had one..

having used both my considered opinion is now that it make no difference at all.

I thought it did but what matters is how well the bat is pressed.
flat faces are all about the optical illusion of a bigger bat

this is a change to my previous opinion!

Pretty sure I've stated my opinion elsewhere. I know the purpose of a flat face is the optical illusion of a bigger edge, but that's not why I like them. I just feel like they give a bigger surface to present to the ball - yes, that's probably a psychological thing, but anyways, I just like that feeling

I'm not bothered either way. If I had a choice I wouldn't specify a flat face as I haven't seen it help me improve my batting in any way...

Flat mate. Might sound stupid but even if I'm not, I like to think I'm at the crease with a biggish  bat

Curved faced bats suit me because I like to glide the ball off the bat behind point

I'm more used to cuved face and prefer it, as I guess I'm simply more used to them!
But have used a flat face though and I found it not too difficult to get used to it.

But deep down, I just prefer curves!

the interesting thing about this is, is what will be available....

Like I said we do both types. On ordering, email or ring and we can go through the pro's and cons for both so you can finalise your order
