Different Level of grading
« on: October 11, 2012, 08:53:47 PM »

People " in the know " might be able to answer this...

Basically I want to know/wondered what the difference is when pads are graded. For example looking on the kookaburra website they have 3 different types of level 5 pads which you would think would be the highest level of quality, but within that level 5 catorgary you have: Test Match’ quality (Level 5), – ‘First Class Player’ quality (Level 5) and ‘Professional Players’ quality (Level 5). In my view level 5 quality would all be the same or is it just another quick way to entice people to spend more money??

The grading is probably due to differing amounts/ types of high density foam placed around the pad.
