Not too shabby from FDP either...

Definately not a lot of great efforts from both teams this test. SA showing plenty of heart to show what it takes to be number 1, not just winning games but saving them too. Australia had some half chances to win but that's cricket as they say!

Wierd to think that Du Plessis was a bit of a nobody when he played for Lancashire!

Also note that De Villiers batted 220 balls in the second innings without hitting a single boundary - that has to be ome kind of record!

Well well well. I hold my hand up I never gave my boys any hope of batting out the whole day  :D Top effort from the boys. Faf played one of the best test saving innings ever.

Just need to work out how to get rid of the awesome Aussie middle order  ??? for the next game...

Lets hope for a better pitch next time round...

Went to see lancs vs bangladesh a few years back in a one day game, hit a stunning unbeaten 96

He was class when he played for Lancs, one of the stand out players in that year IMO.

Hardly an overwhelming record that...

It was his one day stuiff that was good. Also, as a complete player, he was my favourite to watch that year! Talk about a gun fielder!
