Right let's give it a go:-

Go with last season setup:-

GM Icon 808+ - £160 (wife brought it and never told me the final amount_
Ayrtek Helmet - £90
Puma Kinetic 4000 Youth Pads - £40
Slazenger Elite Gloves - £25
Shoes - Asics * 2 = £60
Morrant Dalek Thigh Pad - £25
Bag - Salix Pod - £50
Headingley CC Match Kit - £35 Cap/Shirt
Puma socks - £5
Box - free, think I nicked it from somewhere
Sunwise Glasses - £20

Total: £510

I've excluded my 2 other bats as I can only bat with one in a game!

Absolutely, well cricket equipment is not injurious to our health nor they harm us in any mean (except financially) :)

Garreth, actually this thread is about match kit only. What you use when you're batting in the middle only, how much you cost when you are facing a bowler :)

That's what I keep telling my clubmates too! :P But I think over 20 bats is a bit extreme... Gonna have to whittle it down to about 10! 8)

I concur these sentiments

Haha I have 7 I will keep at the moment (two of which are my brother's), which leaves me room for 3 more. :D Buying 3 more that is... >.> Nothing quite beats the thrill of getting a bat through the post haha. Maybe I should just get a bat, and send it off at the post office back to my address, or even better, send it off to get restickered every month... That might be cheaper than buying around 15 a season! (That's thanks to this forum though!)

Bat: RPC £240 / Screaming Cat £330
Pads: Puma Pulse? 6000 £65
Gloves: Blenheim Elite £45 i think
Helmet: Ayrtex Elite or Premier with Ti grill £70
Thigh: Some old GN £20
Shoes: Puma Calibre £?? let say 60 & GM Hockey shoes for 30 (yes i carry/wear 2 pairs per match)
Box: Cheap SG brand £5
Bag: Newberry Tour £64
Clothing (match kit): Club shirt £20, £30 and Trousers £15
Cap: Club Cap £7
Other: Oakley Radar path £80 & flak jackets xlj £110
Skins Baselayer: £50

Total:1241  :o

I usually have a bit more in kit on match days but this is the stuff that gets used, Screaming Cat obviously just replaced 2 other bats so it would be a little lower otherwise.

Presuming one shoes are for batting and one for fielding/bowling?
