And take a look in the for sale thread :)!
I have a set of puma iridium 6000 pads at a bargain price but I'm sure you'd be able to get a decent set of kit off here for a good price

hi, you are likely to get loads of people offering you second hand kit now! my suggestion is you stick around the forum a while and see what is in the for sale thread, and work out what you are prepared to pay.
also follow the ebay bargains thread as members do the kit searching for you!

Take a look at the eBay bargains thread, one of the recent posts was for an adidas incurza bat from eBay for about £30 - probably as much of a bargain as you'll get.

I was in a similar position to you a few years ago in that I started playing after a 10 year break. I bought kit cheap off eBay and other places and now I'm back into cricket more I've started to buy better gear off here.

look in the for sale section

Peplow is selling some great pads for next to nothing,

19reading87 is selling a good set of gloves for £20 plus, see link below

Do you know that size bat you want?
Liam-SCCC has a few bats for sale, both are good value, but do not tell anyone as I want the Ayrtex.

good luck and welcome to the forum
