Your forum bat history in pictures......
« on: November 01, 2012, 11:56:53 AM »

I've been on the forum for couple of years now and as I was tidying up the documents on my PC, I came across a staggering amount of photos of kit but mainly bats I had bought, used and sold since being a member on here. Looking back there are a number of gems I sold before they really started to get going.

Anyway, I thought it would be a good topic to read so if you have pictures of bats you've bought and sold on, on here then please post them.

Here's mine....

H4L 666 stickered as Excel

Some lovely bats there. Good idea for a thread too - slightly worried how many members will need their own threads to fit all the pics in though? ;)

Heres mine:

Brimble special:

M&H Solution:

Hunts County Custom and Kook CCX 900:

H4L Custom (still current bat):

Newbery Thruxton SPS:

Hattori:

Redback and Another Hattori:

Far too many for 3 years on here!!

TIM that would crash the forum...
I have only used 4 bats in matches since I joined the forum, lots of pics are already available!

I have better not try to do this. It would be too painful and take too long!
And I think Buzz is right!  :(

I have 700 odd photos on Photobucket of bats. If you assume 10 per bat that's still far too many for this thread... :o

Right, I'm including bats from the very roots of this forum, FA Cricket.

Pretty sure it started here, sorry, no bat only pictures.

Bradbury and Kook Beast Harrows

Millichamp and Hall SH (What a beast this was)

Kookaburra Blade (Got this in that 50% V Sports sale that shook the forum) Scored my first 50 with it, shouldn't have got rid.

Champ Fighter (Adidas Stickers) The best bat I've had under £100! I hit a lot of runs with it and team mate hit 203* with it. Still have it but the splice has gone, contemplating getting it copied.

Mongoose Cor3 Dwayne Smith bat, hit 50 with it first time out but it felt horrible. Swiftly sold it to get the Redback....

Warsop, bought and sold without using

Redback Allegiance, sold it before it even saw a real match!

Talisman, What a beauty! Scored me a lot of runs in 2011 and is still going strong. One of the candidates to get copied for my next bat

Joker, bought from Fat Cat, done up, sold to a team mate, bought back from said team mate, swapped with the hosk and not back with Fatty again I believe!

Ayrtek! Bought when the Talisman broke

Bulldog Basher, bought in the sale for dirt cheap! Seen here with the Ayrtek and a bat that went to a team mate

Kookaburra Recoil, bought in the ActivInstinct sale that was on the forum

RedInk Custom.....Wait and see!

I have discounted about 8 bats that where bought from the forum but went to team mates! Might even have missed some that were hiding in my ImageShack account

A great selection of willow guys and some very, very nice sticks among them. Pete and Tim you have been on here a lot longer than I have and I can't imagine how many bats you have had between you.......well Pete's inventory thread gives the game away on his front  :D
