Bb special
« on: December 22, 2012, 06:06:20 PM »

After selling my other bat I was in need of a wand to complete the collection so I pmd and mailed a few makers and many thanks to all who had the patience of saints with me as I'm fussy

Eventually I was informed bb were getting this in so waited on them to get it then after mails etc decided to go for it and glad I did as I had reservations about the weight as heavier than my normal bats but after tapping it up I decided to just man up as responds very well and has potential to be up there with the best bat I've ever used which was the h4l I liberated from Matt last year which was unreal

Ok onto bat

3lb1
1" long blade
42mm edges
67mm spine
Slight concave
16 straight grains
Apparently from a batch of bats made for Gayle when he was in uk
Bb chrome stickers

It's not huge for weight if I'm honest my ca is bigger but willow quality is top draw as its not all about size

Picks up about 2lb14/15 ish maybe I'm spoilt as ca picks up so light
