Firstly, I would always recommend coming in to our store to pick up a bat and have a play with it and tap it up etc. before parting with your hard earned cash for a brand new stick. If you are unable to come to our shop, based abroad etc., then please do take a look at your YouTube videos as we record these mainly to help such consumers in their buying decisions. As we take time out to explore pick-ups, ping tests and all the rest of it ie. grains, edge size as well, there's a lot of useful info in those videos, and in a lot of cases, the bat you're seeing in the video is the actual bat that's for sale at the time of your enquiry.
I would also recommend that buyers have a clear idea of how much they're willing to spend on a bat before they approach the retailer. There's nothing worse than someone enquiring and asking for photos of an LE bat, and then asking for a "deal" or saying that they only have £100 to spend. Taking actual photos of bats is something I will always want to do for the customer, but it does take up quite a lot of time and effort, so I'd suggest don't go as far as asking for photos until you have a pretty good idea of what you want and how much you're willing to spend. Watch the video first, maybe read a review on here, as well as the specs on our website before going to the photos stage. That would, ultimately, save everyone time.
