Reward Scheme starting on our current web site
« on: December 28, 2012, 06:06:57 PM »

we are adding reward points for every item you buy from our web site. These points can be used towards your future purchase. This functionality is being implemented at the moment and hoping to be ready by 1st of Jan. I'll hopefully explain this in more detail in the next few days.

If any one has any other good suggestion how we can reward our customers, plz let me know.

Regards

Asad

Just to clarify  that customers will get around 10% money back (reward points), so for every £100 spent, you will get £10 back.

Sounds a good idea. Is there a time frame on the points expiring?

Yes true, we are also thinking of starting a discount membership card system.
Any clubs who come to us for clothing, we will offer 5 % to all the members of that club.

Have to say that something akin to a nectar card with a number that identifies it instore or online is a top idea.  Its surprising how many decisions are disproportionately influenced by the whole nectar card thing...

...isit just me or are retailers getting ever more competitive on here?

It is.

This might be one of those questions that provokes disopprobium from forum sponsors but I ownder if this competitiveness is also a symptom of increased margins, perhaps linked to the consistent rise in the cost of top and medium range gear over the past five years?
