Anyone got any idea where I can get one of these in the UK... they look very useful!

they must be pretty goood, seen sevaral keepers using them. i wouldnt mind one but are a little bit expensive

It's because I hate wearing helmets and it is some sort of protection! Yes - wicketkeeping hurts!

Yeah I agree with you Timbo, I hate wicketkeeping with a helmet on, it just saps your energy... I only wear a helmet when standing up to quicks, but if you are willing to take the risk then why not... I find it hard to overcome my natural urge to shut my eyes when standing up to quicks unless I have a helmet on

i played againest a guy yesterday who wore the p2. it looked very goood and tempted me into getting one, not sure if im going to though

After all I said before on this thread, yesterday I saw one of our fielders getting smashed in the face - pushed his teeth inwards and claret everywhere. It makes you think...... especially when you are 5ft away from the ball leaving the bat

In an ideal world I'd like to try the Aero faceguard, Gray (Hannibal) Nicolls faceshield and Masuri Keeping helmet to see if I can get on with any of them

I have a P2 used it last year and this, rate them highly. Much better then using helmet. I was after the p1 but none in UK at that point, but in hindsight pleased I didnt get the p1.
