Why only cougar?
« on: January 08, 2013, 01:51:37 PM »

A question, whoever here sells pittard palm batting gloves (barring BlankBats as far my memory goes), I wanted to ask you why do you specifically opt out for cougar?

I wholly understand how it has highest demand and as a small brand you don't want to hinder that and want to ensure you make maximum revenue but I see some brands here have more than one range of gloves, so why not try a different palm for other model? With supply/demand model you have room to hike the price of your cougar palm gloves and make more profit than what you do by lowering the supply (which will be lowered itself I presume) ensuring the demand is high. If your product has sublime quality then chances are people will opt out for alternates from that brand due to brand loyalty. I always feel that as a brand you want your product to stand out from rest.

PS: Has nothing to do with my liking of non-cougar palm.

Looking forward in hearing from you all/most.

I was hoping for some Demi Moore action here. :(
