I take the opportunity to try out some bats in the nets!
If I didn't do that, then how would I know how well they are likely to perform, plus I have a few that I need to play in. But if I were to use a bat just for nets, it would likely be a slightly heavier bat....maybe 3 or 4 ounces heavier than my match bat!

Borrowing my friend's bat because he hates it and I don't want to break mine.

8 grains
2.10
25mm edges
53mm spine
Little concaving
Low middle
Oval handle
Not really looked after
It's a plank

dug out an old bat for tonights netting its an old gunn & moore (not sure what as the stickers came off a long time ago) that has been brought to life many times and is held together with lots of wood glue and a protective face, but was happy that the old belter went well its also a bat that has been used lots on astroturf and in wet weather think it has more cracks than grains

one ill never be able to let go

Decided to get a bit arty......

It's the duck and run. Same middle as my Newbury, my H4L is a slightly lower middle (has a broken handle atm :( ) and the Laver has a slightly higher middle.
