Ronnie Hira - 'Injury' vs South Africa

Anyone else see this just? Keeper lobbed the ball to him after the ball was dead from about 20 yards away and didn't lay a mitt on it ha straight onto the nose. Is this the most unusual reason to go off injured in international cricket ?
