Server reliability

I don't know if its just me, but recently the forum has been down for large periods of time, eg yesterday it was off all day for me and I'm just raising this issue partly to see if anyone else has been affected and partly to see what can be done.

It comes and goes for me on my iPhone 5, normally leave it for 20 mins or so and it's ok.

I take it as a sign that I spend too much time on here so for me it's a blessing

I could log on but every so often half the screen would disappear and I had to close down the tab and re open it.

Got a 'server overloaded' message a couple of time yesterday, and again this morning. Left it 5 minutes and then refreshed page, all was fine again.

Hi Joe, I'm not sure why it was down for you yesterday. I can assure you that we haven't had any issues with the availability of the servers.

been fine for me and i am on it pretty much none stop from 7-4 apart from today at about 3.15 i got server load message thing but refreshed and it was fine

I still often have issues with the DNS not resolving on Sky broadband, but generally no issues with load times since the move.

I've noticed an increase in 'server is busy' (not word for word!) messages recently. Just refreshed the page for a few mins and it comes back. Very annoying though!

This forum is often down using the normal web address. For days at a time for me.

But if I use the IP address (http://184.154.5.91) it is fine.

Anyone else found this?

silly question maybe but would the IP address work from a phone?
