It sure is stunning ... you see the grains pretty straignt on the back of the bat too.

The price is £195. Weighed today at 1225g which is approx 2lb 11oz. On the shoulder it's marked 2lb 9.5oz. Now this could be the weight without grip and stickers, I'm not sure. It's been in a cold warehouse for 2 weeks so could have picked up a bit of moisture, but it's been wrapped up in its cosy FatSock, in Welsh red :)

Certainly didn't think it picked up 2'11 because I use 2'9 lol.

That sock is lovely, where's it from? ;)

No, it certainly doesn't pick as heavy, but I don't want to be accused of salesmanship :)  That's why I haven't done the "ping" test.  It is beautifully finished though ... I loved it as soon as I saw it

I completely agree with you, picks up lovely.

I didn't get a chance to hit it with a mallet or anything so I can't comment on the response either

That was a beauty and for a low middled bat picked up well

Think it was lighter than 2lb11 so you must have a wet warehouse there

Finishing looks quite remarkable too! And to be honest the decals look quite good, better than I had thought so!

Finishing was something that was lacking before so has been improved dramatically with help of advice from a few friends but now up to scratch and on par with others
