I don't really listen to much music before I go into bat, but if I do, I tend to listen to classical piano stuff. Keeps me relaxed. :)

Not really compiled our dressing room tunes for 2013 yet.

We have (rather foolishly) decided to take this challenge on before every net session. Its much harder than it looks!

Bring Sally up Bring Sally Down Pushup Challenge


No doubt Moby will not be a welcome addition to our dressing room playlist in the season!

I imagine the net sessions are a little bit of a disaster immediately after everyone doing that....!

If I am fielding I quite like to listen to Red Hot Chillies as I go running to it, and I link it to being energised!
If I'm batting then something mellow - even classical to relax and chill me out!  :D
