No not everything fits in there :( I will probably get a new bag next season. I don't take the spring backs to games, but its a squeeze to fit everything else in, the WK stuff does not fit in alongside everything else.

Yeah I've got the same problem, the GN Wheelie just about fits in my mates Vectra, sucks to be a student without a car eh! I'll probably end up getting a stand up bag of some description next season or in the close season sales.

they're not allowed anymore?

correct me if i'm wrong, but i'm pretty sure they are still allowed but have been re-designed to reduce the carbon in the handle to meet the new rules

The Newbery, GN and other carbon handles have been banned from use in International and First Class Cricket. They can't be produced anymore but they can be sold up until a certain point (October?) to clear left over stock.

If you just play regular club cricket you can use your bat up until it breaks. From memory the law is the handle must be made of 90% wood/cane. You can use anything else for the other 10%, rubber, carbon etc.

Full details are on the MCC site, this is just from memory.
